1.because there has been alot of gun fire and dumping on properties and millons of dollars put into them
2. midnight and 5am
3.the pros would be that the younger kids would some what stop them from getting introuble the cons are the state is goin to have to change teen driving time and there are going to be some to rebel and then there are going to be alot of teens getting introuble for it parents and kid would be fighting more and kids would be sneeeking out
